Quick Start
Get up and running with Trackberry in under 10 minutes.

Trackberry uses passwordless authentication — no passwords to remember. Here's how to get started:
- Visit trackberry.ag and click Get Started
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a magic link
- Click the link to sign in — you're authenticated!
Magic links expire after 20 minutes for security. If yours has expired, simply request a new one.
Set Up Your Organization
After your first sign-in, you'll be guided through creating your organization:
- Choose a name — This is your company or team name (e.g., "Acme Fresh Produce")
- Get your slug — A URL-friendly identifier is auto-generated (e.g.,
acme-fresh-produce). You can customize it. - You're in! — You'll be redirected to your organization dashboard
Your organization is accessible at trackberry.ag/your-slug/dashboard.
Invite Your Team
Add team members to collaborate:
- Navigate to Members in your organization menu
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email and choose a role:
- Member — Can view shipments and data
- Admin — Can manage settings, invitations, and approved senders
- Owner — Full access including organization management
Roles hierarchy:
Owner > Admin > Member

Configure Quality Checks
Set up automated rules to validate incoming shipment data:
- Go to Settings > Checks in your organization
- Enable the checks relevant to your operation
- Configure thresholds and rules
Checks run automatically whenever new document data is extracted.
Receive Your First Shipment
You're ready to receive your first shipment! There are two ways:
Option A: Email Integration
Forward packing lists and quality documents to your organization's email inbox. Trackberry will automatically process them.
Option B: Direct Upload
- Go to Shipments > New Shipment
- Upload your packing list (PDF, Excel, or image)
- Watch as Trackberry extracts pallet data automatically
- Review and approve
