Shipments Only Accessible via Email Link (Not from Platform)

I am able to view full shipment details only when I open the link received via email. However, when I go to the Shipments section in the platform and click on a shipment (either the reference or the arrow), it redirects to a "Content missing" page.
This means shipments cannot be accessed directly from the platform, which makes normal usage impossible.
